For talent managers & creator agencies
KitVerify keeps every creator you manage brand-ready — live social numbers, media kits, rates and terms, and one shareable roster. When a brand asks, you send, not scramble.
Managing just yourself? Creators use the same workspace solo — free to start.

Managing creators shouldn’t look like this.
One workspace holds
Update the creator once. The media kit, the roster, and the PDF all reuse the same data.
01Pitch-ready roster
The real pain isn’t making one media kit — it’s that the ask lands today and everything is spread across a spreadsheet, a drive, and three chats. In KitVerify the whole roster stays current, so answering a brand takes minutes, not an afternoon.

02One source of truth
No more media kit in Drive, rates in Sheets, terms in WhatsApp, and insights in the camera roll. Everything about a creator lives on their profile — and every brand-facing surface reads from it.
How much is Maya? What’s her usage policy? How many revisions? — one tab, answered.
03Connected socials
Send each creator one connect link. They tap it once — no dashboard access, read-only — and their numbers stay current in every kit and roster from then on.

Synced · updates itself
Instagram and TikTok sync on their own. Anything typed in stays clearly labeled self-reported — brands always see which is which.
04Connected, not copied
These aren’t three assets you maintain separately. The roster reads from the media kits; the kits read from the creator. Change a rate once and every pitch surface is already right.

Rates & terms live on the talent
Packages, usage rights, revisions — with one visibility switch.

The media kit renders it
Live numbers, audience, packages — nothing pasted twice.

The roster is the front door
A brand opens your link, filters by niche, taps into any kit.

No stale PDFs.
One link that’s always current.
Your roster and every media kit update from the same living data — so what a brand opens is what’s true today.
KitVerify helps you present your work, track brand interest, and manage requests. It doesn't find brands or send pitches for you — you still choose the brands and share the link. No collaboration is guaranteed.

FAQ
No. KitVerify doesn't match you with brands or guarantee deals — outreach and sharing stay yours. It helps you look professional, shows brands where every visible number came from, surfaces the visits that showed interest, and keeps collaboration requests in one place.
"Verified" is a word we're careful with, so here's exactly what you get. Connect Instagram and TikTok and your numbers pull straight from each platform's API, carrying a timestamped "Synced from [platform]" badge — no hand-editing possible. If a connection lapses, the badge says so instead of pretending — a badge you can lose is a badge brands can trust. Anything you enter by hand stays clearly labeled as self-reported. A note on the word itself: we deliberately say "synced," not "verified." A live API pull proves where a number came from and when — it says nothing about the quality of the audience behind it. That's what benchmarks are for: an inflated follower count can't hide a below-tier engagement rate sitting next to it.
A hand-made PDF is a blank canvas — anything can be typed into it, and brands price that risk in. A KitVerify kit is structured: every metric is labeled with its source, an engagement rate can never be typed in directly, and supported benchmarks appear only when KitVerify has the required comparison data. Your live link always shows the latest version — and when a brand asks for an attachment, you can export a PDF of that same structured kit.
You can build, edit, and preview your roster and media kits for free — add your details, edit every section, and preview the finished result privately. KitVerify lets you publish live links, remove KitVerify branding, download PDFs, connect supported social accounts, and access full visitor analytics — Publish & share (Share one professional KitVerify link, Remove KitVerify branding, Download a high-quality PDF, Keep editing and publishing anytime); Keep your media kit current (Sync supported Instagram & TikTok metrics, Refresh your media kit when your details change); Understand visitor interest (See visits, unique visitors, and returning visits, Spot high-intent visits, See where your traffic comes from, Track collaboration requests, See which packages and CTAs get the most clicks, See which sections visitors reach). Every new account starts with a 30-talent 14-day free trial, then KitVerify is US$29/month after your 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime.
Every published media kit has a “Start a collaboration” button, and each package on your rate card has its own “Request this package” button — so a brand can ask about a specific offer and the package name arrives attached to the request. Either way the brand fills a structured request — company, contact, budget, timeline, and what they’re looking for — and it lands in your collaboration inbox, where you set a status (New, In discussion, Won) and reply. The reply goes to their email, so the negotiation continues over your own email or WhatsApp — KitVerify starts the conversation, it isn’t a messaging app.
Yes — that's the Manager plan. You can build and manage up to 30 media kits from one roster, including kits for talent who haven't signed up yet. Each creator connects their own Instagram or TikTok through a connect link — you never handle their passwords. You also get a rate card per talent and campaign rosters for pitching: pick the talent for a brief, share one link or export a PDF, and choose per pitch whether rates show. Collaboration requests and per-kit analytics stay in one place across the roster.
Yes. Brands rank follower count last when choosing creators. What they care about most is audience fit, engagement quality, and whether your demographics match their target market. A nano creator with a highly engaged, niche audience often wins over a larger account with weak numbers.
More detail — what the kit shows, how it updates, and how every label works — is on the methodology page.
